Come to the Divine Grace Parish Festival for a 3-day flea market event in Cranberry Twp, PA – one of the largest discount used-item sales in the greater Pittsburgh area!

Open nightly August 9-11th, 2024, the Divine Grace Parish White Elephant tent sale provides high-quality used items for those watching their budgets, a fun experience for flea market shoppers from all over the area, and funding for the Parish. This rummage sale event offers an impressive collection of gently-used and donated items with over 20,000 square feet of treasures spanning the space of three large event tents.  Find bikes, furniture, tools, books, decorations, sports equipment, small kitchen appliances, baby items, children’s toys, puzzles, games and much more at incredible prices.

The Divine Grace Parish Family Festival hosts the White Elephant Sale at:

The White Elephant used-item sale opens 1 hour earlier then the other festival events so come early to find the best steals and deals before they disappear!!

As you wind-up your spring cleaning, please fill a box or two (or more) of gently used treasures for our tent sale. 

Donations for most items will be accepted starting Monday, July 8, and furniture donations start July 15. Donations can be made during the volunteer hours (Mon-Wed-Fri 9am-2pm, Tues-Thurs 6pm-9pm) or left in the carports outside Oldenski Hall, St. Ferdinand campus. Please move the items deep into the carports so more items can be protected from the weather.

Donations end Sunday, July 28. If you cannot make this deadline, we ask that you donate your items to another charity. The volunteers do not have time to sort, price and handle additional items after July 28.

*IMPORTANT DONATION INSTRUCTIONS!! PLEASE READ!

Please help by volunteering your time to make sure that the items you donate are ready to sell:

· Items must be clean, unbroken, gently used and in good working condition. Test, clean and repair items yourself before donation (volunteers do not have the time and supplies to make repairs). If you wouldn’t give it to a friend or neighbor, please don’t donate it to the Parish.

· Items must have all their parts. Please put all the pieces in a sealed plastic bag. Unglued items won’t stay together, so deconstruct them and bag the pieces. Include the item’s model name/number and instructions if you can.

· Please indicate the size with a note taped to linens, rugs, bedding, and other soft goods.

· If possible, attach a note stating what your antique or collectible item is and/or what it is used for (unless manufacturers’ markings are clear).

**PLEASE RESPECT WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING due to legal/safety issues or experience that such items do not sell. Any items we can’t sell must be disposed of, taking up volunteer time and/or costing the Parish for
trash removal:

· Dirty, smelly, broken, ripped, stained or moldy items – any we receive must be thrown away

· Incomplete items – for example, a picture puzzle missing a piece won’t sell

· Appliances that are large (e,g., full-size refrigerators, washers, dryers). No gas/kerosene heaters

· Batteries (any working batteries left in donated items are OK)

· Car mats that have been used

· Child car seats, car booster seats, and cribs – there are restrictions on resale of these items

· Clothing – use the St. Vincent de Paul box in the St. Ferdinand parking lot instead

· Computer monitors that are not flat screens

· Copiers and printers unless working ink cartridges are included to ensure they work

· Craft projects that are partially completed. No used sewing patterns.

· Encyclopedia, textbooks, and magazines

· Entertainment centers, hutches, armoires, and china cabinets

· Exercise equipment that is large and heavy, such as treadmills and weight stacks

· Food

· Hangars made from wire (plastic and wood are OK)

· Instruments that are not portable – no full-size organs or pianos, etc.

· Liquid and gel chemicals of any kind

· Makeup, creams, perfumes, and other dispensable personal care items

· Mattresses, box springs, and sleeping pillows (throw pillows are OK)

· Pictures, frames and mirrors that are larger than 36” on any side

· Sewing machines attached to cabinets (portable machines are OK)

· Televisions that are not flat-screen “smart” TVs. ALL TV functions must be working. TVs cannot be thrown away or recycled for free so please don’t make the Parish pay for disposal

· Tires for cars

· VCR and cassette tapes

· Window blinds, rods, and shades
